Definitions

The Gift Box � The Gift Box or Company will be providing the service to create and manage a Wedding List. The Gift Box will provide Guest purchase facilities and a fulfillment service to source, assemble and deliver items purchased from a Wedding List.

The Gift Box Couple � Two people who expect to be the beneficiaries of gifts bought by others from a list of possible gifts which they have created using The Gift Box website and other facilities.

Wedding List � A list of items created by The Gift Box Couple.

Guest � An individual that wishes to make a purchase from a Wedding List for a Gift Box Couple.

Data Protection

The Gift Box provides a secure environment for the purchase of housewares and gifts. Information gathered by The Gift Box in the course of its activities is used exclusively in the management of Wedding Lists and the processing of orders placed with The Gift Box. The Gift Box does not sell, rent or otherwise trade any of its Guest' personal information.

Product Representation

Any product representation that The Gift Box make is expressed as an opinion only and The Gift Box can not accept any liability for representation that is made with regards to suitability, quality, fitness or purpose etc.

Gift Purchase

Purchases of gifts will only be accepted with payment. The Gift Box accepts cheques and all major credit and debit cards, which will be debited at the time the order is placed. Notification to The Gift Box Couple of any gift purchased will only be made after payment has been received by The Gift Box for that gift.

Prices

The price charged by The Gift Box for any item is the manufacturer's recommended selling price, where available. Otherwise, it is The Gift Box�s best estimate of the average price charged by comparable high street department stores. We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary without notice. The purchase price is inclusive of VAT.

Quality of Goods

When supplying goods to its clients, The Gift Box is acting as an aggregator and delivery service provider. The Gift Box makes no warranty of quality beyond that made by the manufacturer or supplier.

Returns

In the event that a Guest wishes to exchange or cancel a purchase for any reason, The Gift Box will refund or exchange as long as this is before The Gift Box has placed the order with their supplier.

Kitchen Knives

Anyone purchasing knives must be over the age of 16. Identification may be required.

Disclaimer

The material in this site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Gift Box may make changes or improvements at any time.

The Gift Box will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other person sending the Submission. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not The Gift Box, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright.
